They're currently floating up but should be jumping a little later today:

I was curious why there wasn't a map showing the location, so I threw together a quick script that uses their live data (yay for APIs!). http://bobbaddeley.com/redbullstratos/

It shows a map of the location being reported (with altitude in the top right).

Sadly, the location changes are so minute, it's actually pretty boring to look at the map.

very cool bob!

There is another heavily delayed slow moving event still going on
today as well, the space shuttle is still creeping through the streets
of LA http://www.cnn.com/video/?/video/cvplive/cvpstream2&hpt=hp_t2#/video/cvplive/cvpstream2

He gonna jump! 128,000 ft.

They mention to avoid tumbling when jumping.  Good point since there is barely any air to guide his attitude.

Was working fine on the Sector line :-)  We watched jump through landing, he was tumbling like mad after he fell for a while but it's expected, he's basically in a vacuum.  He deployed parachute too early to get freefall record but likely broke sound barrier and definitely height/manned balloon flight height.
