joke project

Ok so I have a joke project that requires the following

1: plays a wave file (loop)

2. Activated upon a pressure switch

3. must be cheap to produce in mass (2 -5 bucks max) 

I'm thinking of 1 dollar mp3 players that come from china but how to activate it to play just one loop.  

Mostly I think there is not a lot of mechanics here.  A watch battery, switch, pic (holds wave file to play) and a small speaker.

This will be hilarious if anyone has some thought on this

Musical greeting card, they let you record your own message, it's already triggered by momentary contact opening the card, includes everything you need in your price range.

Your favorite big box store card aisle should have them.  They're a really good/cheap way to get piezo-speakers (that double as strike sensors/etc) for Arduino projects.

I can't  release the project details on this until it is in the wild but I promise laughs on this.  It is slightly creepy but it hits the funny bone when you see the implications.  currently a few options are

1. audio card

This is audio/interactive graffiti ... we have the audio file all set and just need a cheap way to put these all over madison.  It will be hilarious ... although slightly creepy.. but that is comedy.. deal with it

I want to point out this is nothing like that.. this is just ... hilarious... ok ok i'm gonna just give one hint on this because this group can put two and two together...
