you would work part-time with another developer (me) to build a ruby
on rails web project; the source code would be placed on
sourceforge.net under the gnu public license as it is developed; we
split the development effort 50/50 and share control 50/50 of the
sourceforge.net project;
you would need a laptop computer and be able to work 4-6 hours a day
3-5 days a week at the seattle public library (green lake or
greenwood);
i am an open-source developer myself; i currently work with
javascript, php, mysql, python, sqlite, apache, linux, ... and i am
adding ruby/rails;

1. a working demo built back in 2006, works w. ajax and php; it sucks,
but it gives an idea:
