Software Development Engineer- C#, .NET 2.0/3.5, Web Service, SQL Server, Replication, Design Experience

seeking experienced software developers to help maintain and expand our
emerging strategy for manufacturing test. We work with xbox, zune, surface
and other Microsoft hardware teams to deliver software solutions in our
manufacturing and repair facilities around the globe. Issues like
deployment, service architecture, feature design, multi-product support,
cross-system integration and others will create opportunities for you to
make meaningful contributions. We are a small but growing team facing new
challenges every week, working closely with both external and internal
customers to deliver solutions which add real value to our core
manufacturing business.
Requirements:
* The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of software
architecture and will have at least 5 years of design and implementation
experience in systems software.
* Knowledge of and experience with the .NET architecture (2.0+), web
services and web applications with a focus on the C# language is a must.
* This resource must be capable of thinking strategically and being able
to carry a design all the way through development and implementation (from
presentation to data tiers) with a high degree of efficiency
* Additional experience developing on top of the SQL Server platform with
knowledge of database design, performance and scalability principles is
required.
* Familiarity with electronics or hardware manufacturing environments is a
plus, but not required.
* Additional desirable experience includes WIX, UI Design and
Implementation, Active Directory, ISA Server, Networking, Windows
Clusters, SourceDepot, TFS.
