Job Description:

ICM Roadmap

Sales compensation roadmap is categorized in four “themes”.

1. Build and Automate all remaining incentives compensation plans into
ICM
2. Develop and deploy compensation statements to a business
intelligent platform

3. Develop key indicator performance and audit reports

4. Automate the compensation dispute resolution process through a
workflow

Development Items for Consultant

Change request

1. Assist and consult on modifying existing queries based on the ICM
versioning data model.

2. JavaScript work

3. Accrual workflow – finalize changes from testing

a. Mobile compensation

5. Assist and consult on creating Compensation Scorecards in a BI
platform. (Orbit, Arrows, STARs)
Environment “tuning”
1. Optimize the ICM configuration properties based on growth
a. Review configuration properties for scalability and
optimization.

2. Update the operating Unit export/import properties files

3. Configure ICM dispute/feedback workflow module for evaluation
a. Configure the module to evaluate the functionality.
