Responsibilities
* Act as a central point of contact with the Tier 1 support team
* Proactively coordinate the flow of new work items
* Schedule usability tests for new features
* Help out with team work as needed
* Actively manage project details to ensure all work items are completed
on time.
Qualifications
* Proactively carries out project support
* Flexibility in day-to-day work
* Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Considers timeliness, effectiveness and practicality in addressing
project needs
* Adheres to project standards defined by manager
* Establishes responsible deadlines, work plans, and manages time
effectively
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little
supervision
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
* Experience using Microsoft Office SharePoint
