Associate Recruiters for our growing professional team! The Associate
Recruiter will be responsible for reviewing and expediting resolution on
applications as an ambassador of our company and clients. Our ideal
candidate will be Tech Savvy, have a genuine passion for the candidate
experience, a dazzling phone presence and polished client skills.
Job Functions:
* Reviewing and expediting resolutions on applications as an ambassador of
our company and clients.
* Supporting accurate and complete data management in our system as
assigned.
* Supporting batch communications with candidates as appropriate (job
closure announcements, quask reminders, etc.)
* Scheduling and Group Scheduling, with recruiter phone screens and
clients as requested.
* Supporting recruiting events management.
* Supporting research tasks as assigned.
* Sourcing candidates to develop a high quality pipeline of high level
candidates, often within tight timelines. Recruiters can then utilize if
and when that type of position is open.
* Use of advanced Boolean searching techniques, utilizing creative search
techniques such as niche/industry web sites to identify qualified
candidates. A large part of this position is internet research, so savvy
web-skills are necessary.
* Collaborate with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and
share information that facilitates an effective search process.
* Complete correspondence by generating job postings; sending candidate
email invitations; sending job closure notices.
* Formatting candidate or consultant resumes.
* Building and maintaining our applicant tracking database.
* Supporting HR functions such as scheduling on-boarding, overseeing
sign-up paperwork, supporting vendor contract compliance and
completeness.
Requirements:
* Position requires excellent project management, analytical, and
communication skills with the ability to respectfully handle highly
confidential information.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
* Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and
strive to improve skills and achieve goals.
