House Painter Needed

We are looking for an exterior house painter. In addition to the
usual requirements of a good job, at a reasonable price, by a reliable
outfit, we need someone who is really good with the preparation. The
house needs sanding in many places, the window trim needs sanding
and/or wire brushing, in other words, more than the usual pressure
washing. We are in Seattle, near the UW if that makes any difference.
