 circular drive way, car port; very quiet, private, and safe living area.

 The house has a large living room with fire place and view, a large deck,
 and a huge outdoor hot tub. Utilities (new washer), dryer, refrigerator,
 microwave, dishwasher, etc. are all available.

 Shopping is nearby (3 min by car, Lake Forest Park Shopping Mall). From
 the Mall, there is direct Bus connection to the UW campus (~20 minutes).
 Buke Gilman Trail is also there. From the house, it is about 5 minuntes
 to I5 (by car) to UW.
