Apparently, the "Its-it" is some sort of ice cream sandwich thing, native to the Bay Area. They claim to distribute all along the west coast, but I have not found them in the "novelties" section of QFC or Safeway; anyone have a line on where I could find some? Has anyone seen this in a brick and mortar store? I just ordered some online from Sur La Table but if it's as good as they claim it is, then I want a local source. But... I live in Bothell so Seattle proper is a bit far for me to go. I assume there is a Sur La Table there. I think there... more »

I did some more research. It's "Sogno di Vino," in Poulsbo, WA. This is apparently NW of Bainbridge Island, which is across from Seattle.

lake city and don't drive. downtown is do-able, but closer is better.

Years ago, it seems, one stopped seeing "blade" and "7-bone" chuck roasts offered for sale. I asked on Chowhound and was told that they were available in Boston and central California, but that was the end of the thread.

Shopping the other day my wife and I came across an end cap for wine in three varieties. One of them, at the bottom of the description sign, said "Vegan".
