1 bedroom 1 bath======$150.00
2 bedroom 1 bath======$175.00
3 bedroom 1 bath======$200.00

extra charges include:::
extra bath============$30.00
extra bedroom========$30.00
sheet rock repair======$20.00 hr.( 1 hr. min.)
to fill nail holes========$10.00 per room

These prices are for labor only either you can supply paint or we can get it
and add to bill. The prices cover one coat of paint extra coats are charged
at half the above rates. We take care of all the prep work to get the
apartment or home ready for painting. Except for moving the furniture. We
will cover and guarantee the job we do. 100%....

We will use a satin finish for all ceilings and wall in living room and
bedrooms, and a simi-gloss in the kitchen and bathroom's.
