Is a Seaspray big enough to carry 2 sailors?

Hello all,
 
I am living in Germany south of Stuttgart, and I are going to surprise my girlfriend at christmas with a gift for her and me, which is a used Seaspray built at 1986.
 
She loves sailing, I made some Hobie 14 sailing years ago. We saw the used Seaspray 2 blocks away from our home.
 
I did not yet buy it.
 
I identified your website but could not find any photo or information, if a Seaspray is capable to be sailed by 2 sailors, not just one, as I like to sail together with my girlfried?

Is a Seaspray big enough to carry 2 sailors?

The sea spray is built for two 
As long as they are relatively light (nothing meant there) 
Stay well back on the hauls in high winds - sure goes fast and exciting with two hiked way out

Hi Thies,

Nice to hear that there are more Seasprays around in Europe. I had the feeling i was the only one at this side of the ocean.

I sail the seaspray always with a crewmember and that went pretty well up to 5Bft. With more wind, the seaspray seems overpowered and the leeward bow tends to dig in.  It also makes up to its's name: the front crewmember gets a lot of spray in her face :-)
With high winds both crew must sit as far back and windward as possible to keep the lee bow free.
Read my post on alternative rigging if you struggle for parts.  I managed to get 25 kmh on the GPS which felt close to the limit with 2 up.
