Good day Andre,
could you tell me please:
1. Is premium membership being provided by your website or you rather
outsource it to another website?
2. Is it possible to search the cell phone or unpublished numbers with
Premium Membership?

We will be introducing SearchBug premium membership in the near future
that among other features will allow access to unpublished and cell
phone numbers. Currently, we offer Public Records subscription and
Investigator-assisted searches (including unpublished and cell phone
search) through our partners.
