Anyone use LIR Development?

All:
Can anyone help me? Has anyone used a plumbing company named "LIR
Development"? They are offering good prices for installing a new water
heater.

I haven't used them but I'm a retired plumber. See if M&D plumbing in North
Park is still around or Benny's Plumbing in South Bay somewhere. Both of
them are honest.

Besides why can't you do it yourself? It's a VERY simple job. You should be
able to find out how on the Web and there are instructions, most of the
time, with the heater.

Sorry, I'm use to doing it in my sleep. But those 2 guys are good + honest.
