On Sep 12, 2008, I made a prediction that Black Angus in Mira Mesa
will close down. Well, Black Angus is NOW CLOSED!!! The next
restaurant that I predict will close down is IHOP!!!
The problem with what is happening in Mira Mesa is this. The �White�
American type of businesses will see the population in Mira Mesa and
they will go, if I set up a steak and potatoes restaurant here, the
ethnic people will not go to these restaurants. These ethnic people
would rather eat asian noodles and sweet and sour pork, tacos, pho
soup.
That was why the all AMERICAN Burger King by I-15 was replaced by
ROBERTO�S taco shop � an ethnic food place. The ALL-American Wendy�s
was again replaced by ethnic SANTANAS. And all American Coco�s was
replaced by Pho Ca Dao Vietnamese Restaurant. Are you seeing the trend
here?
All-American Lucky Supermarket was replaced by the ethnic Seafood
City. The old Longs Drugs was replaced by Asian Lucky Seafood. The old
Edwards Cinema was replaced by Vinh Hung Supermarket.
These vulture businesses will see all these ethnic people here in Mira
Mesa and will replace Black Angus with some ethnic restaurant because
they know that these ethnic people will not eat American food all the
time.
Walgreens will make this place worse. Not only will Mira Mesa look
like National City, the poor people will also live in Mira Mesa. This
will have a chain effect.
The only way this can be stopped is for more White people to move into
Mira Mesa and drive the majority of ethnic away and make it all
balanced among races. And the only way this can be done is to make the
rent higher in Mira Mesa and make the homes in Mira Mesa more
expensive. There should be a project in Mira Mesa to make homes and
everything look upscale, otherwise, Mira Mesa will end up looking like
National City where it does not even look like you are in the USA
anymore.
So what I am seeing in this trend is that Mira Mesa will become the
ethnic mecca of North County.

We must begin bussing in white people from white neighborhoods into
Mira Mesa schools to prevent segregation of the races.
White people may become an endangered species and become extinct in
Mira Mesa.

Gee, the loss of Black Angus and IHOP is... ...no loss at all, so far
as I'm concerned. Neither of these corporate cookie-cutter
restaurants served food of any significant creativity or quality.
If Mira Mesa does become the "ethnic mecca of North County", this
white boy, for one, will be a VERY happy resident of Mira Mesa.
We already have a handful of very good restaurants. In particular,
Annapurna is one of the best Indian restaurants in the County.
(Ashoka gets more business, but it's the same tired subset of Indian
cuisine we see everywhere.) Miramar used to have a very good French
restaurant (across from where the MCAS west gate is), but they were
neglected to death a few years ago...
If you want steak, go to a decent steakhouse once in a while -- it's
worth traveling to UTC, La Jolla, KM, or downtown if you have the
hankering. Or better yet, grill up your own -- it's not exactly
rocket science. The same goes for pancakes.
There are some very good pancake and steak places in San Diego. Black
Angus and IHOP were never in the "very good" category. They were
always mediocre at best...

The rent is already high, so the "ethnic people" living there are middle
class or higher anyways. If you don't like it, don't live there. Racist
moron.
