Tipping a mover?

In the course of a small move (relatively few pieces of furniture in a
one bedroom apartment, from one building to another one just a couple
miles away), using a professional mover, does anyone care to venture
opinions on the necessity and magnitude of appropriate tipping?

Great idea. The move's in Hillcrest, so I could check to see whether
Bronx Pizza is still any good.
