Browse Page Is Blank

Hi Everyone,

I've been playing around with Scriblio, however the browse page is
coming up blank. So my question is this. What is supposed to appear
on the browse page? Recent items? Or items I recently imported from
my catalog?

I can see the records so I know that's not the issue. Normally I
would show you the site but it's currently unavailable from outside my
campus.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Rosalyn,

Once I was able to properly import my records, the Browse page showed a brief entry for every record in the system.  I was then able to click through for a full record.

Could you say more about how you are harvesting records?  Also, if records are not showing up on your browse page, where are you able to see them?  I have played around with the importers quite a bit over the past couple weeks, so it's possible I saw some of the same issues you're having.

Interesting. I have had the same experience as Rosalyn. I never was
able to see anything on the browse page (although I wasn't trying to
seriously run Scriblio, so I never took time to figure out a
solution).

The records load fine, I can look at them through the 'archves', but
the 'browse' page is a completely blank Scriblio template page.

I've attached a screen shot.

I can see the link when I click on the archives or catalog category
(which i added manually although i swear that the category was added
automatically last time I set this up).

I was having problems with permalinks so i was chalking it up to that,
but now i'm not so sure.

Wordpress 2.7
Scriblio 2.6 v00
bSuite 4.0.3
Scriblio Default Theme 0.2

And I, like Ross, am not trying to set this up for real...just trying
to get myself a catalog API by using Scriblio and unAPI (ie. i have no
access to our library catalog other than patron interface)

In the Scriblio options page of the dashboard, have you selected
category as an active facet? See these screenshots:
