Linking files

Hi! I've only just started linking files to my cards (! Why did I
never do this before?!). My understanding of how this is working is
that the file gets somehow imported into scribe, and then to access it
through Scribe I need to "export" it. Is there some way to link files
so I can just open them from the source card, without having to export/... more »

Bibliography export help

Hi,
when I export a bibliography, I have a couple of problems. The first
problem is that I need the second (and any subsequent) line of each
entry to be indented. I could change this easily except for one
problem: the document comes out in strange spacing. There is an extra

if I customize a field, (e.g. Custom Checkbox Field) in source cards,
can I then search by that field? If so, how?

field when creating records for individuals with the “Person” record

Minimum Mac OS for Scribe 3.5?

I'm using OS 10.3.9, and when I try to launch Scribe3, I get the
"FileMaker Pro could not be launched..." error. Does this mean that
3.5 won't run on 10.3? Or is there something else I need to do to fix
it?

formatting for export

Hi,
a formatting question...when I export notes to Word, everything turns
out looking as if it's double-spaced. Any ideas on how I can fix
this? Right now if I want to transfer something to Word I have to re-
input it in order to get the appropriate formatting.

Underline and Italics

I have occasionally used the underline and italic tools in note taking
with Scribe. I have noticed lately, however, that when I export my
cards at a certain point about halfway through the pages all of the
