Conversion and thumbnails not working

I am using SocialEngine to create a new website. I am using pages and documents add-ins to create my layout.
Previously I was able to successfully upload a PDF file to my website, the conversion was successful, and the thumbnail for the file was created. However for one of my pages I cannot successfully upload any PDF files. I have tried many times over the past few weeks - I have edited and re-uploaded the PDF file, I have deleted the page, recreated it, then uploaded the PDF file. I have even recompiled the PDF file and uploaded it. Nothing works.
Any idea what I can try to fix this problem. It is currently not happening with any other PDF file I upload.

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same problem.
