Hello,

I am working on a web project with ASP.NET MVC to be launched in one
week.
This is an educational web site where documents will be available.

I am testing IPaper as a solution to display the documents:
http://www.bonsalunos.com/IPaper.html

I have a few questions which I hope you could answer me:

1. Can I set document by document if it can be downloaded or not?
2. Can I disable the twitter, facebook, embed, email and read on
scribd functionality?
I have already some of this functionality in the web application.
3. Can I have a localized version of Scribd?
I would like to define the Download, Print, etc in Portuguese.

Aside from these questions: great work! IPaper looks good …

Thanks,
Miguel

If you set your document as private when you upload it users won't be
able to download it or share it. The download link should be grayed
out. While the sharing links will still be there you should see that
they won't work.

I know it's a bit confusing - hopefully it will get automatically
hidden in the future.

Hope that helps,

Shai

It's more than a bit confusing. It downright breaks the user experience.

I love what you guys are doing, but please make iPaper more configurable for us app devs that are eyeing it as an Enterprise type solution. I guarantee we'll be going over the 50k private docs and you'll get money from us at that point... please make the next release be about catering to this crowd's needs :)

(not trying to come off too bitchy... but please fix the user experience asap, thanks!)
