"PROCESSING" status issue

hi,

i'm using scribd api (w/phantom users) + social engine. last week i started experiencing some issues with uploads, as most of the documents (say around 80%) seem to be stuck in a "processing" status. when i do interrogate scribd.com/api, i get the current list of documents uploaded, but most of the last uploads in this week are still processing (before they just took a poor time to get done). i found this announcement on scribd.com

20 February 2013—We are experiencing difficulties with our PublisherTools service. Any content you recently submitted may not have been processed successfully, and current submissions are being held while we resolve these issues. Affected submissions will be reprocessed once our repairs are complete; no further action is required on your part. We apologize for the inconvenience.

maybe some of my uploads are involved with this? anyway, the month passed by since this announcement makes me confused…

btw, anyone here knows where the issue could be? and how long should it take to get fixed?
