When trying to pull down the text version of a document, we're getting
access denied through the API as well as through the website. We can
pull the pdf version just fine. The document id is:
5338613
We're not sure if its related, but there's a duplicate of this
document with document id: 5338673. We have no record of uploading
the 2nd document.

Yes, there seemed to be a problem with this document ... not sure what yet. It's working now, though.
