Screebl is unreliable with Tasker?

Since I installed tasker (from google play and now beta) a couple of weeks ago,  Screebl (beta), that always worked perfectly, has been unreliable, showing "out of range" even in vertical position. The only solution when this happens is to disable and re-enable Screebl.

Is this a known issue? What can I do?

ICS stock rooted in a Galaxy Note here.

Thanks!

L.

Why aren’t the screeble people still on this?  It’s a great app…

Never mind. Screebl is uninstalled.
I just replaced Screebl with a short and easy Tasker profile.

   Thanks,

What do you mean replaced screeble?  There is nothing else out there like it.

As I wrote, I made a tasker profile that does the same thing Screebl
did for me. Actually, even more, since now it notifies me the way I want.

In fact, I am not the first one that did this.

Tasker can tell whether your holding the phone up or laying it down?

Yep:

State > Sensor > Orientation > Not Face Up (down).

I think I'll do the same. Makes it easy to add exceptions ("or runkeeper in foreground")

Please, don't understand me wrong...
I LOVE Screebl.
It served me quite well, and it's
in my top 5 list of must-have apps.
Screebl is ready to go, while tasker is a little pain to learn.
I only did this because I had problems with Tasker,
and I didn't find a solution on the forums, not even here.

It works fine on my Galaxy Note II.

I wish the developers were still around - I could probably sell this for
them.

Would you mind posting that Tasker profile here? I could use it...
