Asunto: Message from Herman Hui, Chairman of the WSC

Dear friends,

At its meeting held in Cairo today, the World Scout Committee (WSC)
has taken a number of decisions. You will find details in the attached
document, which was adopted by consensus by the WSC.

Notably, the WSC has decided to negotiate with Eduardo Missoni his
departure as Secretary General. This decision included the transfer,
effective today, of the executive powers of the Secretary General to
Luc Panissod, who has been designated as Acting Secretary General
until such time as a new Secretary General is appointed. Eduardo will
continue to carry out the external representative functions of the
Secretary General until 30 November 2007, thus enabling him to fulfill
his previously planned engagements until that time.

Luc and Jim Sharp, who attended today's meeting, will give you more
information on their return to Geneva.

The WSC will now communicate its decisions to the World Scout
Foundation and Boy Scouts of America in the full hope and trust that
the funding of WOSM's activities that comes from these bodies and
which has recently been suspended will be once again renewed.

I take this opportunity to thank all of you for the patience,
understanding and commitment to World Scouting that you have
demonstrated during this very difficult time.

Pues con leer la desicion de HUI, pues ya esta que la posicion de la WSC es estar con el que mas DINERO aporta, asi sean seres humanos que todavia tienen la mentalidad en el racismo, puesto que los que bailaran al son que ellos indiquen sera de que solo habra en el mundo SCOUTS PRIMERMUNDISTAS y los del tercer mundo que se vayan mucho a chikiskiakan a su utero. osea

NO ESTOY DE ACUERDO EN QUE HAYAN HECHO ESA DESICION, la desicion no es OPORTUNA, eso queire decir a mi entender que HUI esta DETRAS DE ESTE PASO tanto como el de la BSA PERRY y el Sueco.
YO pienso que, aun con la cantidad exorbitante que ha desembolsado BSA si tenemos reglamentos y debemos obediencia a nuestra oficina Mundial es haberles dejado el limite, a ver si eran tan MACHOS asi como MUCHOS en NO PAGAR...para mi que si pagaban, porque son unos cobrades.  Ahora veo porque todas las oficinas nacionales del mundo estan como estan, el escultismo, señores, no se salva de la serpentinal ofuscacion del PODER, valió la HERMANDAD, LA LEALTAD, LA HUMILDAD!!!  y PReserveró la Arrogancia, la codicia. 

Ahora que nos espera a los demas scouts en el mundo?

Yo sime preocupo, porque esto no fue mas que una pantalla de lo ya planeado.

tristemente, ser scout hoy dia es cosa de pensarse.

 

HAGAMOS ESCULTISMO, por el bien de la humanidad, pero no a costa de perder el juicio.

 

SIGO INSISTIENDO: dejarlos al limite de las fechas y yo se que hubieran pagado, dejado atras su majaderia y preparado otro plan.

 

Señor HUI, usted me DA VERGUENZA.
