I had this error uninitialized constant Scout::RAILS_GEM_VERSION

as a dirty workaround I changed in lines 16 and 19 of vendor/plugins/
scout_rails_instrumentation/lib/scout.rb

RAILS_GEM_VERSION by its value =912.3.2=92 for my application.
