As the two Geek Dinners this month were so much fun and filled up
quite quickly, Scottish Developers are planning to organise them more
often.
In the mean time, if you have any suggestions as to venues (good
quality but not too expensive) we'd love to hear about it. Please
reply to this message if you have any suggestions.
We're going to aim to put the next geek dinner on in February (to give
people a chance to recover from the excesses of the holiday period)
Ichiban in Glasgow on Queen St is excellent and has a wide price range on
its menu - though it is of course exclusively Japanese, i.e. a Noodle/Sushi
place. :)

A few suggestions for Glasgow, not sure what sort of budget you're looking for:
Paparino's Italian. Not been to the one in town, but the West End one is good. Mama San - it's a little hard to find but we had a great spicy Tapas menu for our work Christmas meal. AdLib is great for burgers. Cafe Cossachok has some good surroundings, and good food, but not sure how many people it will hold. Dhabba in Merchant City for Indian food. Thai Fountain in Charing Cross
