I was thinking maybe we could start making some stuff. Those seattle-rb guys are always at it. Can we compete?
cheers,

Good point. Thursday 15th, or a week on Thursday, to be clear.

I've updated the readme. Does it make sense now?

Ok. Anyone got any other ideas?RubyPair (http://rubypair.com/) launched the other day, and I already have some pull requests waiting for it, but I want to do more work on it (if i found a pair then everything would get very meta).I guess we all have lots of our own projects that need work, so we could have a general session of helping each other out - though we need to make sure there is helping out and not everyone in a room coding on their own thing (i think).

How about we start of with five minute pitches given by those who want to launch a ScotRUG project, then we break up into groups to kick off the projects?
These cartoons may be relevant.

BTW As per Sam's suggestion, I've converted ScotRUG to an organisation on Github.

So, who's coming Thursday then?
Somewhat randomly, based on whoever popped into my head, I've made the following owner's of the ScotRUG Github org account.
https://github.com/lenary
https://github.com/mattwynne
https://github.com/nelstrom
https://github.com/paulanthonywilson
https://github.com/urfolomeus
