error in the vertical scroll bar

When I'm rolling the bar with the mouse and my program does not occupy the entire horizontal line of the window is fine but (image 1)

if there is some pretty big line that spans the entire horizontal line horizontal scroll bar appears as you would expect .
but keep clicking no longer works because I have to climb the mouse position to reach the scroll wheel ...
(image 2)

I suggest you lock the horizontal scroll bar disabled but existing for the vertical scroll button not be shifting all the time ....

There's a cosmetic problem on some platforms where the bottom right corner isn't painted. Tried your actions on Windows 7 and didn't see the issue.

Actually it is a failure of windows for area scrow texts, but as in MS Word Microsoft leaves activates the scroll bar without ever even hide it and so they were able to solve that little more inconvenient defect.
I hope I've been clear in my complaint.

There is a benefit to showing additional text and this appears to work OK on Windows 7. I will not be making any changes.

Would not work on Win7 as it is much heavier than the XP but I will test on a machine with Win7 to be sure of what you said ok ...
Thank you for your attention but not hurt to let the horizontal scroll bar is always on so that it does not disturb to all who use XP.

OK, I have reproduced this on Windows 7. The original report mentioned "rolling the bar" so I thought you were using the mouse wheel. Instead, this occurs when the mouse is clicking the down arrow. It appears that Windows is redrawing the down arrow on a timer after the scroll bar has already been changed. I tried repainting the corner after the scroll bar change and it was still drawn over with the arrow.

Sorry if the translation literally Google may have made this mess.
But now I think you understand the problem.
Yes is the mouse click that occurs.
In a list in which the beginning lines are short (short code) the horizontal scroll bar does not appear.
But to list the lines below and if there is a line that contains more characters than the window can display appears the horizontal scrollbar moving up the vertical bar as in picture 2.

Now if u open the notepad Microsoft empty and disables word wrapping noticed that the two scrollbars (horizontal and vertical) but come off.

Thus the estorar window size bars are activated and remain with their buttons in the same place.

Suggest that SCITE behave in the same way that the noutepad (with bars disabled) and activates them when needed.

Are you using SciTE downloaded from scintilla.org or are you using another distribution? Your description does not match the standard distribution unless you have changed settings.
