Updated Brazilian Portuguese translation

Hi,
I've just uploaded an updated (as of 2.20) Brazilian Portuguese
translation file to the file area of the group. Those interested may
download it from the following URL:

The file area is a little tricky. Uploading a file which already
exists creates a new file with the name followed by (2) or similar.
This then doesn't match the localization page. This can be prevented
by first deleting the current file using the "Rename and delete files"
link next to the Upload File button.

I hope this works for list members - some of the functionality like
editing pages was restricted to managers because of spam.

Strange, I haven't seen this link the other day, when I updated the
French file to 2.20 version. Maybe I just missed it.
I tried to rename my locale.fr.properties (2) to remove the (2) part,
but upon completion, it told me I haven't the right to do so, even if
the file was mine (or so it said...).
So I just deleted it and re-uploaded it...
