* What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.cabal install

* What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should build scion.cabal, but it fails with dependency errors.

cabal: dependencies conflict: ghc-7.0.3 requires Cabal ==1.10.1.0 however
Cabal-1.10.1.0 was excluded because scion-0.1.0.10 requires Cabal ==1.6.*

* What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

scion 0.1.0.10 (pulled on 7/25/11)
GHC 7.0.3
Cabal 1.10.1.0
cabal-install 0.10.2
Windows XP Pro SP3

read scion.cabal. Flags are necessary to build with proper version of  
cabal. Run: cabal install -fcabal_1_10 to build with cabal 1.10.
