connection to tetanus shot?

Thanks for your website, it has kept me sane all these years, knowing
I'm not alone in this.
I started having ss shortly(1-2 weeks?) after a tetanus shot(never
again) for a nail I stepped on, almost 5 years ago now. I don't notice
any particular triggers, comes on when hiking, driving, cooking,
sleeping...usually when I'm feeling stressed in some way. Classic
colorful, glittering triangular shapes in both eyes growing from a dot
to a c shape for about 20 minutes or so.
Homeopathy helped for a while but they seem to be coming back
recently. May try acupuncture.
