Subject: IDSA defrauded the CT AG Blumenthal agreement (Arthur
Weinstein)
Date: Sep 4, 2009 7:33 AM
Weinstein in charge of safety-data for the ImmuLyme OspA
trial:
http://content.nejm.org/cgi/content/abstract/339/4/216
http://www.actionlyme.org
Yale blocked the data. They lied about the outcome of LYMErix
deliberately, by 1) changing the diagnostic standard and by 2)
changing the definition of the disease they denied the existence of
the OspA-induced immune dysregulation outcomes like activation of
latent Epstein-Barr (that's why they so hysterically deny the
existence of their own previously identified syndrome of "Chronic
Lyme"):
http://www.geocities.com/kmdickson0308/lyme-dilemma.html (Nov 2000)
3) And they lied about all of their own biomarkers.
4) They refused to turn over to AG Richard Blumenthal all of their
previous work, including the entire special supplement on Lyme and
Spirochetal Diseases, published in 1989 by IDSA, which revealed all
the New Great Imitator outcomes, the ALS data, mutated lymphocytes
(Paul Duray), and the fact that "treatment failed in half the
cases."
5) They've been playing a DNA and RNA shell game as regards treatment
outcomes. 6) And they snuck Arthur Weinstein onto the new IDSA Lyme
panel, when Weinstein was the Master Validator, in addition to having
been in charge of "OspA vaccine safety data" for the ImmuLyme OspA
trial, which falsely claimed "92% safety and efficacy."
http://content.nejm.org/cgi/content/abstract/339/4/216
Even though Yale/ALDF was charged with FRAUD, they went ahead and
defrauded the new IDSociety.org Lyme panel - the agreement with AG
Blumenthal - again by putting Weinstein on the panel.
Weinstein was the Master Validator of all the bogus
testing: The FIQ and Steere's notion that "the more
antibodies, the more valid the test"
http://www.actionlyme.org/WEINSTEINIUM.htm
That's fraud.
The panel members were supposed to be un-interest
conflicted, when Weinstein was central to the bogus
testing and the falsfied "validation" of the Fibromyalgia
Impact Questionaire. Weinstein's validation showed
two different diseases. The requirement of a scientifically
valid test is that it only assesses the entity in question.
