Subject: Re: [SpinLyme] The Prosecution of Allen C. Steere, et al, for
Murder

From a legal point of view, they can't defend what they
did by saying "we didn't know."
There is so much evidence of persecutions of MDs
and patient/activists, like myself and Karen Forschner
both of whom undeniably have kids with congenital Lyme,
and then there's the huge history of all the libel, slander
and perjury:
http://www.actionlyme.org/UN_PETITION.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/MUNCHAUSENS.htm
Technically, that is, from a technical point of view,
Allen Steere went alone to Europe to change the diagnostic
standard, when he was the one who designed the first one:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CRYMEDISEASE_CHP3_B.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/CDC_DOCUMENTS_1990.htm
He also published that he had used the seronegative
Lyme assay to determine if his lab workers had been
exposed.
Note that he used and published about the seronegative
Lyme assay (1991) before he went to Europe to change the
standard (1992-1993) to make it even worse:

See?
If new IgM shows up after treatment, that means treatment
failed. Thus, they left all the IgM bands out of the standard.
Quest and SmithKline use strain B31, which has no OspC in
it.
Then they said (and this is printed on an Imugen report form)
that "IgG means past infection, so the victim needs no treatment."
Get it?
Earlier, in the early 1990s, late 1980s, plenty of people were
concentrating on band 41 so there is no deficit of expertise
on the issue at the time that that should have been the
direction for diagnostics.
They did not want anyone being diagnosed or treated.
They still don't.
Why?
It does not matter why. There is no excuse in the world for
not treating people for an illness. Antibiotic resistance
is not our problem, so why should we be the only victims of
this excuse. Plus, they do not come out and say, in individual
cases, "Well, I can't treat you because you would become a walking
canister of antibiotic resistant disease."
They say, "You don't have Lyme, you have CRAZY," instead, and
then deploy psychiatrists, who are clearly more insane than Lyme
victims, and who then brain damage this brain infection further.
So, there's no question of intent.
Additionally, I have a ton of personal testimony from the
Department of Mental Health- perjury that is, that shows
intent to brain damage me further than James Phillips
already did:

http://www.actionlyme.org/PENISBITERDOCS.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/PHILLIPS_JE_PERVERT.htm
All intended to shut me up permanently.
It's amazing how many people want to shut me up, huh?
http://www.actionlyme.org/CAROLYN_VOSSLER_MARTIN.htm
So, they all invent stories about me.
I should be flattered, but attacks against myself end
up hurting so many other people.
