In the descriptions of the CDC's staff's patents (espacenet ▲link
above) with SmithKline in Europe, CDC staff admits that Lyme arthritis
is not the only kind of Lyme ▼:

antigens which are regulated and differentiated by growth of the B.
burgdorferi in a tick vector. Novel antigens of the invention are
listed below in Table I.

"Certain of these antigens are characterized as being B. burgdorferi

nonrestricted. Certain other of these antigens are characterized as
being MHC restricted...."



Then they, the CDC, promoted Mark Klempner for
committing research FRAUD while charging Uncle Sam over
and over again. And Klempner's amazingly retarded
protocol and report on the treatment of chronic Lyme
is the basis of the IDSA "guidelines."

That's why I knew it could be charged as a RICO
crime, because the RICO laws state that we can
charge INDIVIDUALS in a government agency, bnt not
the government agency.

Again, in case you missed David Volkman's submission
to IDSA, nothing could be more compelling than the
CDC trying to disown this crime by saying the
"case definition" is, well, not to be used to define
a case.

many levels, through the non-discovery in many
diseases including tuberculosis (Pam3Cys) and
several of the CDC's staff participated.

Now they're trying to disclaim their participation.

CDC was there and created the crime. Dearborn
was their own conference and the CDC blew off the
recommendations of the participants, which I
told - and proved to, with pages from the Dearborn
booklet - the FDA in Jan 2001.


You may think this is all nonsense and irrelevant
given the swine flu, but the point here is very
serious and related to the current possible
pandemic:
