Info needed from Spectrace QuanX owners

We are considering purchasing a Spectrace QuanX x-ray spectrometer. I would
appreciate knowing about any experiences, good or bad, with the company
and their instrument. Our current EDXRF has caused numerous problems and
will probably be returned to the manufacturer, so we would like to be sure
that whatever we choose as a replacement will be reliable. The instrument
will be used for general elemental analysis of a wide variety of sample
types including qualitative and quantitative analysis. Please reply to my
