Hello. We're using Agilent 6890, 7890 with MS 5973A. Method is focused on testing alkylated benzenes, naphthalens and PAHs. After full maintainance what is shortening column, changing liner, cleaning multiplier and changing filaments peaks start splitting. Hello, We have Saturn 2200 Mass Spectrophotometer. I am not able to do Mass calibration. The message comes up as unable to locate mass 69. When I did calgas adjustment, with the voltage 1200, Ion time is high (about 5000) but when I increase the electron multiplier voltage to 1450 ion time comes down to around 700.
