  I got told the Kodachrome film was quite different from later or today &lt;br&gt; color film processes. An exposed Kodachrome could be stored a long time &lt;br&gt; till development. Other brands would erase the film within a few years &lt;br&gt; depending on temperature. But a Kodachrome could in theory even processed &lt;br&gt; after many decades. If true, some really impressive reels could be waiting.
