I know several astronauts are artist, Al Bean comes to mind. But have any
actually
painted or drawn while in Space?

Hmmm... One of the Skylab 4 astronauts wrote a (comic and poor)
poem in space, so far as I know the earliest literary composition
in zero gravity. It's reprinted in Henry S. F. Cooper's "A House
in Space".

Though some of David Wolf's despatches from Mir were a lot closer
to poetry, in my opinion.
