I found that quickly. It's just not the whole thing.

Yes, and I've not been able to find the rest of the document. It
might remain secret, but after fifty years ...?

It's probably the fact that no one decided to go to the trouble of doing
a FOIA request to get it declassified.
I can see why that particular part of the report was classified at the
time; it would have discussed things like total payload capability of
Atlas, Titan, and Titan II to orbit as well as their over-all
reliability...which the Soviets would have loved to know, as Atlas and
Titan were operational at the time, and Titan II was in advanced
development.
