The Smithsonian has recently claimed, that the news of Thrinaxodon, is
Batshit insane. How dare they, mess with a holy reporter! They
reported, that there has never been any broadcasting, from the Gov. I

That was my take as well. It briefly looked like we might have a new
mad hatter, but the tone and content quickly made it appear to be yet
another incarnation of Ed.
