Those bills would have expanded the H-1B quota to infinity or until
the economy collapsed to a third world level.
I.E. Unlimited foreign competition for US jobs would leave the
surviving US citizens working for chicken feed.

forecloses a meaningful tech career for Yourself, Your children, and
ALL other US citizens.
