Definition of sleep, falling asleep:

Becoming less able to hold and direct one's own thought
(-Energies) and perception(-Energies) and to eventually
lose control of own thoughts and perceptions.

A Tentative Working Definition Of Sleep

24 January 2007

{FPP 20070124-V1.0.1}

(Version 1.0.1)

'

From this ( ... [personal observations] ... ) we get a tentative,
(provisional) working definition of sleep

(meaning: a definition to work with and see how well
it works, and to adjust it as necessary)

Sleep:

1. 'The inability to face and stand up to the force of Ugliness'
(the Energy of Ugliness)

which apparently has been installed, is being maintained, and is
kept in place and triggered or projected by vampiring persons
(by Criminal Minds) in or into your body.'

Also, and following from that:

'The Inability to maintain your activity of creating Beauty
Energy'

- the creation of, or ability to connect to, Beauty Energy,
which determines one's voluntary (un-dominated) interest
in life, and

thus is a major factor in one's strength of creating or of
maintaining the Awareness Energy that one uses for staying
well-connected to life, and which strength is a major factor,
in turn,

in defending one's Energy and not having one's Energy
removed or blocked by vampiring persons (by Criminal
Minds).

'

In other words, NOBODY AT ALL, either on Earth or visiting it, knows
what sleep is, apparently

(except as far as some individuals being able to and
desiring to hypnotize others - with or without the victim
being told so - they USE sleep on others, but still do
not know what sleep IS, why people do sleep or are bereft
of their consciousness, at all).

And 'scientists' - by adhering to their own 'religion of
science' have barred themselves from ever finding anything out
about sleep,

because - according to that debilitating 'religion' or the
'cult' called 'science' - Life Energy "does not exist,"

Life Energy - which IS the ingredient of
Awareness - "does not exist,"

(which is about the most irrational,
contradictory, insane statement one
can imagine - but they DID) and

according to many branches of that 'religion,'
souls - meaning they themselves - do not even
exist.

That is more or less the pinnacle of insanity
to reach and to work with and do research
from:

They form an EXTREMELY destructive
force in our society, in any society,
indeed.

'

Sleep:

2. A condition certain animals use for enhance the chance of their
bodily survival during certain adverse conditions, or to make the
survival - as in hibernation - possible in the first place.

'

Of course, as you know by now, I do generally omit the
"definitions" that Criminal Minds like to have provided,

because it is MY goal to teach you something.

And, if I DO mention the "definitions" provided by
Criminal Minds to life, then I label these very clearly as

a 'false "definition",'
a 'hidden "definition",'
a 'pretended "definition",'
a 'malicious "definition",' or
a 'reverse "definition".'

'

'

'

Computer game designers claim, that 'Elves are immune to sleep.'

It is true, that some people do not sleep at all

no matter how much this displeases the medical "scientists" and
practitioners,

as it is a clear defiance of the validity of their
"rationality" and their "knowledge" of the body,

a defying experience, that THEY rather have classified
as a "disease,"

merely for the purpose of maintaining their
authority and the "validity" of their "knowledge,"

and to a lesser extent, 'treating anything
unusual as "a disease," brings money in, and
enhances the layman's confidence in the
profession.'

They give it a nice Latin word, in order to hide (from who
is now a patient) the "complexity of arriving at the
diagnosis of the 'disease'," and immediately, it, now
being a 'disease,' is treatable by 'the pill-pushers,'
or more respectfully, by medical doctors, and to be
investigated by the 'religious cult' of "science:"

They are a very malicious lot indeed, collectively
speaking of them, of course, while individually
quite a few of them may be the most caring and
high-intelligence people you may like to encounter.

'

It is true, also, that there are people, who do sleep very little,
like one hour per night only, and are doing so resulting in full
health and physical and mental vigor.

'

'

'

Here, below, is an example of someone who - to my understanding from
his account - did get rid of some of the Ugliness Energies

(that most of us (that our bodies) are inflicted with), and the
removal of

which made him completely immune to sleep;

and any drugs (high amounts of alcohol - that normally would
sufficiently trigger the relevant Ugliness Energies stored in
a body and thus let sleep take effect) did also not work.

I quote: **

As song birds at dawn on the farm awaken the early risers,
one person is already up;

in fact, he never slept - not once in the past 33 years.

'

You'd think, going without sleep for that long may have its
drawbacks, but not for the man in Vietnam's central Quang Nam
province,

who has never been ill after decades of staying awake.

'

His ability to stay awake has not only made him famous, but also
represents a phenomenon worthy of study.

'

'

Sixty-four-year-old Vietnamese citizen Thai Ngoc, known as Hai
Ngoc, said he stayed awake permanently after running a fever in
1973, *(1) and counted more than 11,700 consecutive days of
staying awake.

Proving his health as a farmer, as an elderly resident of the
Que Trung farming commune, in the Que Son district,

he still can carry two 50 kg (100 pound) bags of
fertilizer down 4 km (2.5 miles) of road, walking home,
every day.

'

'

Mr. Ngoc currently lives on his 5 ha (12 acres) farm at the foot
of a mountain, busy with farming and taking care of pigs and
chickens all day. His six children live at their house in Que
Trung.

Ngoc often does extra farm work, or guards his farm at night to
prevent theft, and said it took him three months, using the
extra time of nights, to dig two large ponds to raise fish.

His neighbor, by the name of Vu, said Ngoc volunteered the help
of beating the funeral drum during the night, and to guard the
house of the relatives of the dead, so that these could
take a nap.

Neighbor Vu also said, that when the farming commune was
planting sugar cane, several people asked Ngoc to awaken them at
midnight to go to work, since he was up anyway.

** Quoted from, and

by removing the usual political and traditional
terminology that enforces the viewpoint, that

'the lowest common average of things does establish
what "is true" and what "is normal",' *(5)

an enforcement which we know so well from the
Medical tradition

- characterized as it is by Medical arrogance,
while it is strewn with the very Medical
evil, with its intentional ignorance,

its horrors so well exemplified by the
Semmelweiss case,

an intentional ignorance so forcefully
covered by their arrogance - *(2)

I will add more in due course ( Additions - see *(3)(4) ) if nobody
else has the courage to take up this unimaginably vital and hugely
humanitarian subject.

(5) Vietnam Man Handles Three Decades Without Sleep

As songbirds awaken the early risers at dawn on the farm, one resident
is already up; in fact, he never slept - not once in the past 33
years.

You'd think, going without sleep for that long, may have its
drawbacks, but not for the man in central Quang Nam province who has
never been ill after decades of insomnia.

His inability to sleep has not only made him famous, but also
represents a "miraculous" phenomenon worthy of scientific study.

Sixty-four-year-old Thai Ngoc, known as Hai Ngoc, said he could not
sleep at night after getting a fever in 1973, and has counted infinite
numbers of sheep during more than 11,700 consecutive sleepless nights.

"I don't know whether the insomnia has impacted my health or not. But
I'm still healthy and can farm normally like others," Ngoc said.

Proving his health, the elderly resident of Que Trung commune, Que Son
district said, he can carry two 50kg bags of fertilizer down 4km of
road to return home every day.

His wife said, "My husband used to sleep well, but these days, even
liquor cannot put him down."

She said, when Ngoc went to Da Nang for a medical examination, doctors
gave him a clean bill of health, except a minor decline in liver
function.

Ngoc currently lives on his 5ha farm at the foot of a mountain, busy
with farming and taking care of pigs and chickens all day. His six
children live at their house in Que Trung.

"I have tried sleeping pills and Vietnamese traditional medicine but
nothing helps, even to sleep for a few minutes," he said.

Creature Of The Night

Ngoc often does extra farm work or guards his farm at night to prevent
theft, saying he used three months of sleepless nights to dig two
large ponds to raise fish.

Neighbor Vu said, Ngoc volunteered to help beat a drum during the
night and guard the house for the relatives of the dead during funeral
ceremonies, so that they could take a nap.

Vu also said, when the commune was planting sugar cane, several people
also asked Ngoc to awaken them at midnight to go to work, since he was
up anyway.

On Ngoc's prolonged insomnia, Phan Ngoc Ha, director of the Hoa Khanh
Mental Hospital in Danang said, "sleep disorders often cause anorexia,
lethargy, and irritability."

But, in special cases, some people can handle it and still live and
work normally, although this was a very small ratio among insomniacs,
Ha added.
