The very first and main ability needed in Life, for anyone, is
to PERCEIVE (to sense, to feel, to recognize)

and then it is 'a must,' to be able to Perceive INTENTIONS,

of course, most vitally, else you lose your ability in
no time, you HAVE to be able to Perceive

in particular, of course, the INTENTIONS of those who
PREVENT your Perception of any (of their) )Evil

- any Evil in particular that is being or about to
be inflicted on you or your body by Criminal
Minds:

Harmful Energy that correspondingly then inflicts
physical harm, or

that inflicts harm onto the functioning of your
soul:

like Perception and Memory, Sensing and Feeling
Life and people and yourself.

Science and Religion are so completely DOMINATED and
subverted and infested BY Criminal Minds (by the "well-
adjusted" Sociopaths), since thousands of years,

so much so - of course - that YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW anymore
WHAT Perception is:

Criminal Minds (also in Science and Religion) DO NOT
WANT YOU TO PERCEIVE properly

- you might at least be willing to admit that -

and Criminal Minds DO NOT WANT that you know, what
Perception IS (how it works).

They did not want you to know a hundred years ago either.

So people WHO DID KNOW some things, back then, wrote,

"well, science will advance and what we know, will
soon be common knowledge also in science."

But NOW, a hundred years later, science STILL does not
want you to know, what Perception is,

and medical science STILL NOW, refuses to know even
how a living body does function. You can imagine
how MUCH also "medical science" is dominated by
Criminal Minds. [MDSF]

This will not change in another hundred or in a thousand
years, WERE IT NOT for my understanding and my work in the
matter,

to get you to understand and to face THE MALICE that
Criminal Minds keep enforcing in science and in
religion, on everyone.

The current "sciences" of Biology and Medicine,
and of Physics - those "sciences" in particular,

make you PRETEND to "know" what Perception is.

But your PRETENDING to Perceive makes you
be very unreliable friends, and makes you
into treacherous "professionals," who are
PRETENDING to Perceive,

and in social life it actually makes you being a
dangerous friend to others, (or a dangerous parent
or teacher, or a dangerous judge, or a dangerous
journalist - to name some situations).

The licensed medical profession goes so far, as to describe
the Perception or feeling of anything

that is troubling,

and that, by their DENYING Harmful Energies even to exist,

they made you not understand, and be confused about, in
the first place - they tell you instead, they describe it
as

'what you have,' is "a disorder,"

like 'you are someone having a "disease" or a "disorder",'
so they can now "treat you" AND be paid for it; and they
make it thus easy for themselves,

to continue to keep you very, very Stupid* and Insane* indeed,

no matter how much Love* you hold for Life and people.

Again: They want to make actual Perception and Awareness of
what is occurring, into a "disorder"

(in particular, Perception and Awareness of the highly
disturbing, often painful, or nauseating, distorting or
blocking emanations from Criminal Minds),

yes, even ecstatic Aliveness itself, and immunity to
sleep, too, of course,

they want to have THAT '"understood" and classified as

"a discomfort that must be remedied and treated" ...by them, of
course, by the licensed medical quacks with their "neuroscience"
and their drugs and scalpels, who want Perception NOT understood
much less taking place,

(and the more sickness there is, the more social respect(!)
and the higher salaries or fees, and the more money from
charities, and from the community, "for research"),

because Criminal Minds - of course - DO NOT WANT YOU to Perceive
and certainly they do not want you to Perceive any of THEM.

IS UNDER CONSTANT, Energetically very heavy attack, on Earth,
by Criminal Minds, by the ("well-adjusted") Sociopaths,

whose JOY consists of cleverly betraying and insidiously
to make and keep you VERY stupid, etc. etc., [ODE]

so these Sociopaths want you to see it

and you are likely to maintain and absorb that

They even made you not know what Life Energy is... or what Life
is, for that matter,

let alone what HARMFUL, Harmfully Altered Life Energy is,

yes, they do not even know, what a living body is

(a living body is a structure or frame of Life Energies,
that does or does not, combine, separate and move
molecules)

they do not even know, what a living body is:

That INTENSELY lacking in Intelligence and Sanity, they, our
"well-adjusted" Sociopaths or Criminal Minds, have made and keep
you (well, not you and me, of course),

because THEY ENJOY to make and keep you the more so the
better,

which they have greatly succeeded in, if you look
at practically ANY school or college or university,

and read practically ANY "science" journalist,

and look at ANY research funding or charity or
research foundation or any organization "to
educate mankind," even from the United Nations.

The subject title assumes, that you like to perceive
more and thus to enjoy (much) more of Life, and

that you like, with that, to be of much greater value to
others as well. (Much more liked by others, also.) [FLE]

This is counter to Sociopaths, to Criminal Minds,
but you find it unpleasant or bothersome to oppose
Sociopaths,

and you find it the easiest to conform to their
demanding Energies, that is, to their violent but
wholly "unnoticed" and camouflaged Hypnotism,

and certainly you find it "the most comfortable,"
if not comforting as well, thus to follow Criminal
Minds or "well-adjusted" Sociopaths.

Hence YOU AGREE, in schools, colleges and in
universities, that "education" and "science"
does THROW AWAY and hides ninety-five percent of
THE MOST VITAL AND APPLICABLE DATA,

that however IS available publicly, and has
ALWAYS been available publicly.

You are being Energetically bullied,
hypnotized, cajoled, into NOT looking
at the relevant data,

and "science" has, since Benjamin
Franklin and Lavoisier in the Academy of
Science in Paris, France, officially
declared it so, BANNED Life Energy from
"science,"

thus destroying not only science,
but also most severely harming
Life itself,

not to mention your Sanity and
your Intelligence.

The subject title of this publication assumes, secondly,
that you like also OTHERS to perceive more,

so that also others are then more capable of enjoying
Life, likely together with you or else supportive of you.

Again, this is most strongly counter to Criminal
Minds, to the ("well-adjusted") Sociopaths,

who project, "how terrible it is, if anyone would
find out or feel your thoughts and desires"

- which of course, FOR THEM means a social
'death sentence,' if THEIR violently
Criminal thoughts and desires were exposed.

Perception, all Perception, IS connection, to what or
whom you perceive,

Perception consists of, is established, is brought
about, as a connection

by means of Life Energy Particles, to whatever or whomever
you are Perceiving,

and the Saner you are, the more you are Perceiving,
connecting with Perception Energy,

sensing Life, sensing what and who exists and their
condition.

But this mechanism, what Perception IS, is denied
vehemently or hidden, by Criminal Minds, and

Perception is violently opposed by these.

Again, you find it the easiest, to go along with or
to comply with their Energies and the ideas in those
Energies,

inflicted by them to oppose or distort your sensing
Perception: violent, Harmful Energies from Criminal
Minds, from "well-adjusted" Sociopaths, on you.

You use Life Energy Particles to connect also to photons:

When you connect to photons that are converged by
the lens in your eyes onto the back (the retina) of
our eyes, then you call that 'being able to see
(with your eyes).'

This fact is COMPLETELY denied, by Sociopaths,

IN ORDER THAT they can manipulate, filter and
distort, or damage your Perception, you see,

and that, WHILE they tell you - "scientifically"
even - that "it is your body or your brain playing
havoc,"

"and not Harmful Energy" - inflicted BY SOMEONE
on you, in the past or present, to distort
or blot out your perception.

Once again, however, you find it easiest to go along
with the Criminal Minds, with the "well-adjusted"
Sociopaths.

Without Connecting Life Energy you are seeing nothing,

when the connecting Life Energy is taken away or
blocked off,

no matter how perfect your eyes are, you see nothing, or
you see whatever Energy that is blocking your Perception.

The eyes of a person in coma, may be in perfect
shape, and his brain may be in perfect shape too
(as is often the case with a person in coma),

but he - HIS SOUL, you dummies - does not connect
which is done with with Life Energy, to his eyes.

And in coma, he does not see - at least not that, what is
captured by his eyes,

which we call seeing, the ability to see and the
action of seeing what your eyes capture.

Got it?

You create that Life Energy yourself, naturally, to
perceive with.

Now you can - and do - also connect with those Life
Energy Particles to other things

other things than to your body and the photons its
eyes capture if open, and the air vibrations its
ears amplify at your ear drums,

you ALSO connect with Life Energy Particles around
you to your environment, and to other people,

in order to feel or sense your environment all around
you, and to 'see' to feel, to Perceive other people,

for instance to get an idea of someone's intentions
towards you,

either his actual intentions, or those he projects
at you and at others as his mask, of projected
intentions towards you or others,

which is extremely important to PERCEIVE, to sense,
correctly of course,

which you do with your own Connection type Life
Energy Particles,

and that has nothing to do with perceiving photons - in
fact, the photons, the outer appearance of someone, might
show you the very opposite of his (or her) actual
intentions, you might be willing to admit:

You can NOT PERCEIVE someone's intentions by
looking at photons.

Perception IS connection with Life Energy Particles: You create and
use Life Energy Particles to connect to something

and to perceive something about another person, too

for instance to perceive someone's intentions

- those intentions that someone wants you to see (that
someone intends you to sense and feel),

so then, to perceive whether intentions felt, are
also genuine intentions,

or, whether these are just to make you believe
"they are genuine," but are actually to manipulate
you in some way, and

- so then you can maybe perceive (by creating ENOUGH of
your connecting, Perceptional Life Energy Particles)
the ACTUAL intentions towards you,

regardless of what he or she WANTS you to sense or holds
out for you, to sense or perceive.

This is all very simple, basic Fine Particle Physics, which you
should of course learn in any school as one of the first things,
even before writing and reading.

Based on our knowledge of how Perception works, we use a Perception
Aid, as it CONSIDERABLY increases our perception of things most vital
to us.

This Perception Aid is called a Life Energy Fluctuation meter
because that is what it measures - (the Mathison-Trenite meter)
or LEF meter: *(1)

Indeed it easily measures the Fluctuation in Life Energy Particles
that are acting upon the body INSTANTLY,

with, then, INSTANT fluctuations also in electrical
resistance of the body, and in particular and most
significantly at either of the hand palms, these

FLUCTUATIONS in resistance are measured when you use an
electrical current of a few micro Ampere

(for instance between 5 and 50 uA, which, even when
the hands are dry or calloused, needs a very low
voltage to bring about that measuring current)

applied to the skin of one hand palm,

using the sides and bottom of your cell-phone (your
mobile phone) as the most obvious method for picking up,
amplifying, processing and displaying the corresponding
signal,

or, for more amateur or experimental use, you take
for instance two big, tin- or nickel- or also gold-
plated coins,

or two pieces of thin sheet iron, plated (like two
small - which consist of tin-plated sheet iron -
soup cans with their bottoms insulated, and glued
together, and you easily keep your hand palm wrapped
around that)

and you connect a wire to each of the two parts,
which gives you about the maximum signal-pickup,
that you can get, regardless of whether the skin is
dry or wet or thick or thin,

and of course also experimentally, or as an
amateur, you have to amplify, processes and
display the signal, properly, to make it
visible and useful.

(range and scope of electrical fluctuation)

These Fluctuations are usually very tiny AND they are very fast, and
need thus an electronic amplifier (such as an Operational Amplifier
or OpAmp circuit) to make these, in any real-life situation, very
visible.

AND these fluctuations can - practically at the same time - get VERY
BIG, so your electronic circuit has to be able to handle and show
that too, and simultaneously:

BOTH the very, very small (just above the background "noise" of the
body) fluctuations in the probing electrical current for measuring
the resistance,

AND the bigger AND VERY BIG fluctuations that occur in a time span
from anywhere within a tenth of a second to within a second or two or
three,

AND very fast fluctuations, very irregular but (in electronic circuit
terms, translating probably as going up to something) like thirty or
forty Herz,

and all that across a range from several mega Ohm, down to some five
kilo Ohm

if we want to - and we definitely do want to, and HAVE to -
use the meter under any possible circumstances of daily life,
and at any time:

Criminal Minds do NOT wait with their Harmful Energy
attacks on you or on your body till you sit comfortably
and have time for looking at them,

and until you are educated about them,

quite the contrary, much like you can expect from any
criminal,

and their Harmful Energy towards you is not stopped by
walls, nor by distance,

and also not by your being unaware of it and "not
believing that someone would or could do something like
that," or "believing that it does not exist."

with the "philosophy," that "a tsunami cannot harm
you as long as you do not believe in its existence,"

you will certainly save on building costs, but you
will not save your health with that, when it occurs.

And then there is the - quite necessary to see and MOST IMPORTANT -
most significant Fluctuation, which I will call

the 'Shudder' type signal, *(e)(f)

a 'Shudder' is a highly DIS-HARMONIC Life Energy Fluctuation pattern,

like the screeching of a fingernail on a blackboard
at school, you might feel as an analogy for it,

extremely dis-harmonic Life Energy emanations, that may
register upon your soul or upon the Life Energy of your
body, and result in corresponding Fluctuations,

when you look at or when you are hit with emanations of
that kind, very dis-harmonic, very Harmfully Altered Life
Energy, [ODE]

created by someone in the present, or such lingering
from the past and still being Energetic,

and the extreme disharmony is from highly Destructive, Bad (meaning
Harmfully Altered) Life Energy, which is

opposing and fighting and trying to destroy the Energy that holds and
enjoys Life, (such malice in the present, or in the past or intended
for the future to malign the Energy of Life) [ODE]

normal Life Energy being what you carry and use for Life, which
is the Energy of The Creation, [NDG]

but that Criminal Minds OPPOSE and DESTROY or MALIGN.

And when you are looking at such Bad, Harmfully Altered
Energies or when you are being hit with these (Particles),

and when you ARE willing to be aware of it, of being
attacked and being hit by it (from any distance and
through any physical barrier),

when you have connected to perceiving or sensing it (what
is there anyway, whether you perceive it or not, but),
when you feel and examine such Extremely Harmful Energy
attacking you

(and maybe you feel also the soul of the Criminal
Mind emanating it, the individual),

then you see a SHUDDER type fluctuation on your meter.

Or when you are or your body is bombarded by such
Extremely Harmful Energy Particles

- wholly without inviting it, and often out of the
blue or when you are off guard,

when you are made to be off guard, really,

or when your body is facing some physical
challenge, like pepper or pollen in your nose,
or bright sunlight in your eyes, or an injury
to your skin, thus

diminishing the normally wide enough sphere
of your attention that is necessary to keep
yourself composed

by keeping a wide sphere around you of
your own Energy, to sense around you
and to defend yourself accordingly, but

when a breach of your Energy, by the attacker,
is imminent,

when you are or your body is bombarded with
Extremely Harmful Life Energy Particles -

inflicted by some Criminal Mind for instance because he
or she (or it) wants to Vampire on your Life Energy [HPJL]

and that you thus have no choice BUT to feel, or to suffer
as a loss of your Life Energy

- if the attack is not warded off by you -

at least the effect of your sudden loss of your
Energy, and the infliction of the Harmful Energy,

with the effect of (Tiredness, Lethargy, Pains, Loss
of Awareness, Lessening of Perception, Loss of
Purpose in Life - Loss of Joy of Music, of the Joy
of Being with People, Desire instead to Sleep, etc.,
etc.)

when you look at that in order to see the absolute
truth of what is going on and thereby you starting
to neutralize it,

then you will see a SHUDDER type fluctuation on the meter.

Again:

These Fluctuations are very tiny, AND are very fast, and need thus
an electronic amplifier to see these at all.

AND these fluctuations can, practically at the same time get VERY
BIG,

when you are guiding your attention to it, to look at what is
happening, guided by the meter, the Perception Aid,

guided with an extremely fast 'feedback' which usually results
in an "avalanche" of very big Fluctuation, and big decreases
in resistance, equally suddenly due to the feedback to you
attention which makes you home in

to the right subject to look at,

because of the visual and if you wish, also audible feedback
by this Perception Aide or Life Energy Fluctuation Meter (LEF
meter).

The electronic circuit of it, has to be able to handle and show that
wide range,

not only just above the background "noise" of the body,

the very fast fluctuations of the Shudder type, in
particular,

a fluctuation which can quickly grow very big, when you
connect to it to look and examine and NEUTRALIZE the
attacking, destructive, harmful Energy Particles,

so the meter has to handle and show

also the bigger AND VERY BIG fluctuations,

like from one mega Ohm to ten kilo Ohm, occurring
sometimes even within a second or two.

The MOST IMPORTANT, most significant Fluctuation, is the 'Shudder'
fluctuation, as mentioned, a 'Shudder' signal pattern, is highly
dis-harmonic, and in electronic terms it is a most unusual kind of
Alternating Current signal.

It is typically a problem, for electronic components, to have to
handle such a wide range:

very very small amplitude - plus very very wide amplitude,
to be handled at the same time.

This apparently makes some kind of psychological barrier,
which the prevailing gurus and manufacturers in this field
never have crossed:

Instead, they do not amplify very high, and then they
have a knob to diminish the amplification further as the
amplitude gets bigger, and they make it VERY low even, to
accommodate the BIG signals and keep these big signals
(but then only these, of course) visible.

1. By the design of their meters, they fail to show the
very tiny yet MOST significant signals, "because there
are bigger signals that show;" and on top,

2. they recommend the amplification or Sensitivity to be
set so LOW, that an expected BIGGEST fluctuation will
be visible in full,

with the obvious result, that small, even not so tiny
signals, are not shown either;

3. the most significant, tiny signals "do not exist," and
the not so tiny ones, are not showing because usually
their meter is or "has to be" set for bigger signals
only.

They never solved it, because they are DENYING the existence and
nature of Life Energy, so "it is not needed,"

they can't understand the principle of the meter, of WHY
it functions and how it relates to Life Energy,

and they DENY the nature of Life itself by denying Life Energy,

they can not define Perception, and thus they can not
define Blindness, nor can they detect deception, and

they can not define Life Energy, and thus they can not
define Harmful Life Energy, either, nor Vampirism, and

they can not define Truth, and thus they have no desire
to find it out,

they refuse to apply the Trinity of Science ('Truth, Beauty and
Love'), which is necessary in order to be able to examine Life.

Back to their technical problem, that they refused even to
recognize as existing, but had "solved" by turning down the
amplification very much:

There is very very small amplitude, PLUS very very wide
amplitude to be handled (made visible) at the same time,

which they continue to do with ONE indicator - one dial
or one scale, one display only - and no audible, even,

which of course does not work at all. (None of them
know, what Perception actually is, how Perception
works.)

I solved that, still rather primitively - but it DOES work very well
as a Perception Aid already - by adding an extra circuit, of course,

which shows the very very tiny fluctuation ONLY, (I gave you
that, the 'circuit with five readouts') *(1)

and which electronically is very easy to do, with some
capacitors to make that part not a DC-amplifier anymore,
and I added some diodes to split any tiniest SHUDDER signal
onto two readouts, one for 'very small resistance increasing,'
one for 'very small resistance decreasing,'

(rather than the old-fashioned DC-amplifier only, that
all currently marketed meters still doggedly use and
keep using, "because some hypnotically forceful, Criminal
Mind told them, 'not to change it'" (and not to understand
it).

To keep showing the very tiny signals, there, I keep really high
amplification (or 'Sensitivity') on that one circuit,

and showing such very tiny signals is NEEDED,

for a Perception Aid,

to show you something on the meter, that you should be looking at,
that not only is lost in an ocean of data and possibilities, BUT
THAT IS HIDDEN - actively PREVENTED from being seen as it is or as
it happened, and by whom it was done and with what intention

(by definition, you might say, something that you don't see but
should look at, and should find IS HIDDEN by definition).

And as soon as you hit upon (whatever or whoever) is hidden but very
relevant, which shows on the Tiny-Signal or Tiny-Shudder read-out,
or which gives a corresponding audible signal,

then your attention shoots towards that (towards that feeling or
locks on to that person or that time or that concept - whichever)

and you very soon, or even immediately, get very, very BIG Fluctua-
tions AS A FEEDBACK,

showing that you are connecting to and continue to look 'at the
right thing or person, etc..'

The most significant Fluctuation, the most important one, which I
called a 'Shudder' signal or just a 'Shudder,'

is a highly dis-harmonic, irregular Alternating Current signal. *(g)

It can be very, very tiny, to begin with, when you start to
almost perceive something or someone, that is hidden from your
view,

to starting to connect to something or someone, but not
yet strongly enough to be Aware of what or who it is,

and this can grow very quickly, to huge dimensions,

and that 'Shudder' type signal, which is maybe superimposed on
(it might happen together with) a fast, very strongly decreasing
electrical resistance at the hand palm of your body, *(h)

and the 'Shudder' type signal is maybe also superimposed on (it
might happen together with) a very fast, very big, continuing
INCREASE in your body's electrical resistance at your hand palm.

I tell you a bit more about this 'Shudder' signal:

The frequency of it - it is really an Alternating Current, though
extremely irregular - is of prime importance,

the faster changing, the more important, as you will discover;

and after that is important, how quickly it develops, how fast it
grows, as a SHUDDER, so I mean the (rate of) increase in amplitude
of the 'Shudder,' the Shuddering Alternating Current,

also this is of extreme importance or significance, for guiding
perception to what is most valuable for you to find out

- supposing you DO want to find out the necessary things
about Life, and about your life,

to enhance and protect your Life and that of others
against the many, many and continuous Energetic assaults
upon it, on Earth and beyond.

To get HOW IMPORTANT AND SIGNIFICANT any signal is, you have
to translate it into easily readable or audible form for humans,

thus you would have to (electronically-mathematically add up, to
sum, to count together, or) integrate the (electronically
apparent) frequency and the 'erraticness' or deviation from an
electronic sine wave,

integrating all that into for instance a polyphone sound, and
into a visual signal on an LED or LCD etc., display,

after the signal processing (to make the rate of various
changes visible by electronically-mathematically differ-
entiation) of the original signal to various degrees,

and you would have to integrate the (usually quickly increasing)
amplitude - that is, when you manage to look penetratingly
enough, and when you look at the right thing, person, subject,
intention, location, action, time or feeling, etc. - *(n)

your meter circuit would have to integrate (sum up, count
together) the amplitude of the 'Shudder,' which may increase
quickly,

processing it into becoming a polyphone sound and into a visual
output from an LED or LCD, etc. display,

of which either sound or visual or both can be used, to fit
one's taste or the prevailing or mandatory circumstances.

And then there are the regular - smooth, not Shuddering - small
or big decreases in electrical resistance at the hand palm, and
stemming equally from Life Energy Fluctuations, producing
signals

which are easily incorporated into the polyphone sound and
into the visual output from LED or LCD, etc.,

of the Perception Aide or LEF meter built into your
mobile phone, for instance.

It must further be noted, that the general level of electrical
resistance, the magnitude of the overall or average resistance,

whether it is two mega Ohm or ten kilo Ohm,
as measured at the hand palm,

has practically no significance, and is BETTER OMITTED than
shown,

because showing it, automatically assigns "significance"
to it, WHICH IT DOES NOT HAVE - it does not have any
useful significance, and showing the overall resistance
level, would only serve to enter confusion. *(j)

(true Perception Aid)

It, the processed signal output, whether sound or visual, or both,
acts as a very useful, most important mechanism of 'feedback to
yourself,' to AID your own Perception, you see...

That actually MAKES it into a TRUE PERCEPTION AID.

And the mechanical feedback from the meter, makes an 'amplification-
loop' if you like, with you, with the direction and intensity of
your Perception, which adds a SUSPENSE factor:

'Do I look at the right thing?' 'Am I seeing, of this person,
what I have to see?' 'Have I looked at everything I need to
look at, now?'

'What is he hiding on this?' 'What "will I never find out"?'
'WHO must I definitely NOT look at?' 'WHO wants to destroy (part
of) my body, now?' 'WHO inflicts the headache now?' Or any other
ache inflicted somewhere in your body.

There can be much at stake - your own life, really. And so you
get a lot of suspense due to the feedback from the meter,

when suddenly the output of this meter, of the Perception Aide,
"goes wild," and you feel instantly "THAT is where I must look,
right now - exactly there or at that person or at that intention
of his."

So it is very exciting, and the meter output - be it audible or
visual or both - must thus reflect the IMPORTANCE of the signal
or Fluctuation for finding things out, for Perceiving what you
need or desire to know most.

For instance, I used TWO LEF meters (Perceptional Aides)
for the

'Discovery of true History of Mankind' research, that I
did (and published for you, also) in 1998-2000

with one meter showing the Life Energy Fluctuations of
the person whom I then called 'The First Lady' *(b)

- and I used the meter fluctuations, to direct her
looking (which, in sessions, took the form of my
saying 'That,' 'That,' 'That!' 'THAT!' as a very
small Fluctuation developed,

in response to her looking at a subject or
location or person or past event, that I asked
her to look for,

by looking at the content of relevant
Life Energy Particles that contain the
record of a past events, etc., if you want
to be technical,

a small Fluctuation developing then into a very
BIG Fluctuation, indicating, that the subject is
indeed coming to view -

and I had one meter on myself, in my own hand palm,
showing my own Life Energy Fluctuations as I also was
looking at the subject at hand,

and I used both meters, to guide and steer her attention
to look at the various subjects and people

that I deemed it most valuable - for her and for others
and for Mankind - to look at in these sessions,

all of which I therefore also published at the time,
- the audio of the sessions - plus written summaries
of most of those sessions. *(b)

Again back to the most important signal,

The 'Shudder' signal or read-out.

I repeat:

A 'Shudder' is a highly dis-harmonic Alternating Current signal,

like the screeching of a fingernail on a blackboard
at school, you might say or feel,

an extremely dis-harmonic Fluctuation of Life Energy, from
someone, from some actions or intentions of someone, or
from some past, that your body registers,

and your body IS entirely a Life Energetic frame and
structure, with Life Energy moving its molecules and
electrons,

and so its electrical resistance FLUCTUATES directly
when it is hit with Life Energy Particles of any
kind, whether good or bad, and in this case of

maximum-destruction type Altered Life Energy hitting
your body,

(Harmful Energy infliction)

the extreme disharmony shown, stems from the Energy opposing and
fighting and trying to destroy the Energy of The Creation, the normal
Life Energy that you follow and use for Life,

truth being absolute [ODE]

but that Criminal Minds OPPOSE and DESTROY, [NDG]

and you are examining that, to neutralize it and clean it
off of your body and your soul,

with your Connection Energy you start to perceive, to
sense, to feel and examine it (whatever highly destructive
Harmfully Altered Life Energy someone threw or throws at
you and into your body),

or, that you may NOT be actively looking at, but that you
are bombarded with

- wholly without your inviting it, and often out of
the blue or when you are off guard or made to be
off guard,

like when you have gotten pepper in your nose,
or some more serious mechanical affliction
befell your body,

resulting in lessening attention from you for
keeping your environment under control and for
naturally protecting yourself from any severe,
attacking, Harmful Energies, constantly probing
you for any effective hit and to vampire on your
Life Energies,

a 'background "Noise"' of constantly probing
Harmful Energies, you might say -

stemming from Criminal Minds, Vampires on your Life Energy
who attack ANYWAY AND AT ANY OCCASION,

and that you thus have no choice BUT to feel and, to that
extent at least, to perceive or feel the effects of, of
their attacking, Harmful Life Energy Particles inflicted
on you,

at any time really, and that you have constantly to defend
yourself and your body against, should you wish to remain
healthy.

In fact, if you DON'T manage to have a 'Shudder' showing on the meter

(historically called a wildly slashing needle movement, and
according to the construction of your meter, now

any equivalent read-out on an LED or LCD display,

or, as an equivalent sound, in a signal-to-sound conversion
- which obviously is useful to blind people, too)

in fact the LEF meter is A VERY SIGNIFICANT PERCEPTION AID

(also, and to you most obvious, it is a most significant
perception aid, to people who are blind to photons)

and if you DON'T get a 'Shudder' signal

on your LEF meter, Life Energy Fluctuation Meter (or even on an old-
fashioned 'E-meter')

then you are not really facing, not to any amount necessary, that is,

(penetratingly, observingly look at, sensing-feeling)

Energy attacks on you from the most insidious Criminal Minds, and
thus neutralizing the effect of those highly Harmful Energies on
your body and on your soul. *(2)[HRO]

Chapter: Instant and portable use of the Perception Aide (LEF meter)

So you take up, with the meter, INSTANTLY, every ringing in your ears,
every sneeze itch or the start of any other itch, and

every instance of even the slightest attempt at dumbing, deadening or
blinding you, or at hindering of your connecting to your eyesight,

every such hindering Energy that is being inflicted on you,
and you take up instantly also

the infliction of even the slightest headache, of any pain being
inflicted in any part of your body,

you take it up INSTANTLY, with a Perception Aide (LEF meter), and
thus you detect most easily the source of the Harmful Energy,

the source being, WHO is the individual who inflicted (the
attacking, Harmful Life Energy Particles),

you look at it with the Perceptional Aid, with its feedback
quality, you detect WHO - it directs your attention to
perceiving

WHOSE are the offending, Harmful Energy Particles inflicted on you,

You use the meter INSTANTLY, immediately, the moment you feel an ever
so slight - also muted or hidden, camouflaged, or 'Drugged' - attack
on your body or on yourself.

This is also, why you DO have a portable meter with you, to use it at
any occasion INSTANTLY,

and if you don't, then Criminal Minds have you firmly in their
Energetic grip. Because

THAT use keeps you free of hospitals, free of depressions, and free
of most other ills commonly inflicted, on Earth:

Tibetan way, derived from 'Tulku,' a (male) person
recognized from past lives,

her ACTUAL nature being not that at all, what she claimed,
but wanting indeed to bathe in my extraordinarily big Love
for people and also for her,

wanting to experience my Love - who would not -

but NOT in order to love and care for others (and for my
well-being too) IN RETURN,

as I had to realize later, about her, that she came

NOT in order to foster and enhance the well-being of
others, and of Mankind, as she claimed even to herself,

BUT to cultivate her VAIN PRIDE in herself, by "proving to
herself and to others, that 'she could look at anything,'
if asked to,"

and if guided precisely and with love, and with
me capable of understanding WHAT she saw, which
she was neither desirous nor educated to do, but
she saw, she looked into Energies, "to prove how
good she was," but NOT really to understand or to
serve some worthwhile purpose.

She, 'Tulka' as I had come to call her, could not care
less, whether what she looked at, was useful or would
enrich and protect life, or not (but she did not mind my
publishing it, as it gave her some fame and high esteem),

and the many sessions I gave her to look at her own
life, and at those people who had destroyed her life
at various times present and past,

which she looked at very proudly, for finding
out vital things about them,

very vital and very relevant viewpoints recovered
by her, for her immediate life, she did not USE
however - amazingly enough to me -

for instance to face her - obviously very
destructive, mentally highly disturbed -
mother,

"who did not like spiritual things,"

nor her entirely malicious own daughter who
fed her ('Tulka') the most appalling 'New Age'
insanities and false identities,

that are however quite standard fare or
fodder in the 'New Age' circles that
she, 'Tulka,' frequented in the San
Francisco Bay area,

to gleefully make each other blind to
Evil, "explaining" all Evil away, which
her daughter used on her with her,
'Tulka's full agreement and practically
begging her daughter to drive her Insane
and

to fiercely prevent her mother, Tulka, from
looking at herself AND at the malicious nature
of her daughter, who drove Tulka, her mother,
to the point of attempted suicide even, or
into a manic catatonic state

so 'Tulka' or 'the First Lady' as I called her
then,

IN FACT was not at all interested in truth,
nor in care for herself, nor for others,

other than to make herself and others feel, that
she see more than others

- and with quite some accuracy IF she was
asked with the necessary intelligence and
Love -

she did so with the hidden purpose, unfortunately,
to continue to be mean and irresponsible and stupid
and ugly, whenever she felt like it and ENJOYED it,
maintaining it by refusing to address or explain or
remedy such instances,

but that was hidden by my guiding her to look at things
that WERE of most use to Mankind and to her own life as
well, and which I published.

More in detail, to illustrate it, as I have written it
down anyway, things I was flabbergasted about:

Showing repeatedly a streak of ENJOYING TO BE MEAN
OR EVIL to others, (including to herself, and to me)
REFUSING to see another's good or bad intention,
or her own intention,

even deriving SATISFACTION from INTENTIONALLY
BEING UGLY (using tobacco, to assist herself
into being very ugly indeed, like a street bum
searching for cigarette buts):

She also did NOT WANT to get in command of her own
life, refusing to drive my car, to the point of me
having to care for everything,

while she only cared for buying herself
tobacco, but only enough for one day, and
cat food, also for only one day, for cats
that she gloated over,

caring only for eating in restaurants, and
buying lottery tickets for which she proudly
'used her ability' to get a few numbers right,
but never enough to win anything.

Some decades back, she had (correctly)
at one time seen the ENERGY emanating
only from the winning numbers at a horse
race track, but she could not do it
again, afterwards, to win anything,

and she never undertook any action to regain that
one-time ability to see such Energy, nor did she
show any desire for me to return that ability to her

and she never showed any desire, to return any
ability to me, or to increase any ability of mine,
as I had done so much for her in two years.

She marveled at being Loved by me, at hearing my voice, at
feeling my Energy. But, Loving me? She did not even know what
that was, Loving someone, let alone what Loving me is.

'Rock Slam' meter-read - What significance and use does it really have

A substantial and significant omission of data about the so-called
'Rock Slam' meter-read, is remedied as follows:

1. l. ron hubbard is a (or rather, the) most severe Criminal Mind -
a serial rapist on your Life Energy.

2. Criminal Minds want everything seen and acted upon IN REVERSE.

3. A 'Rock Slam' meter-read, means that you are contacting the Energy
of someone who wants to DESTROY YOUR LIFE (i.e. l ron hubbard, in
this case of "List One" questions and subjects), it means that you
are in general contacting (perceiving, connecting to so as to
perceive or sense) someone's intention to destroy life.

In other words, THE VERY OPPOSITE of what l. ron hubbard claims it
to mean.

In fact, IF YOU DO NOT GET A 'Rock slamming' Meter read, you do
not really face (you are not really looking at and analyzing)
Evil, to amount to anything.

If you want to investigate and neutralize (the Energies) of
people who want to destroy you, then you should get a Rock Slam
on your meter, to face the Criminal and his or her Energies to
any effective amount, really.

But an "air-head" - let's take actress Elizabeth Banks as example
- she would not likely 'Rock Slam' on the meter, at a rough guess,
as "she goes where the wind blows," and has no innate sense or
desire to see people as they really are. Which goes for much of
the Obama admirers, by the way, and for many in Hollywood's
tinsel. On the other side:

4. A person who STARTS - even if 'subconsciously' - to face the real
intentions and nature of l. ron hubbard and his 'Scientology,'
such a person DOES pose indeed a great potential threat to any
Criminal Mind, and to l. ron hubbard and to his 'Scientology' in
particular.

5. Sociopaths do NOT want you to understand life, nor do they want
you to CORRECTLY understand other Sociopaths or Criminal Minds,
like l. ron hubbard is one of the worst - and they provide

newsgroup. But the Sociopaths wants not Truth, not Understanding -
only Hate, and the Confusion necessary, to maintain and feed it.
