Synthetic Telepathy, NDE's, and Psychotronics.

Investigation ] Cointelpro or Counter intelligence program unit has
extremely top secret technology which can pick up the private thoughts given
by individuals from the vibrations produced by the brains' electrochemical
impulses, i.e. brainwaves. These brainwaves can be broadcast via microwave
tranceivers, infrasound and ultrasound tranceivers, TDRS [ Tracking and Data
Relay Satellites ], G.P.S. [ Global Positioning Satellites ], and any other
form of technology which uses electromagnetism, i.e. television, radio, the
internet, and the telephone. The Pentagon calls this mind reading technology
Synthetic Telepathy, which the Russians refer to as Psychotronics or
Psychological-Electronics, although there is nothing paranormal about it at
all.
The N.S.A. or National Security Agency is a part of the U.S. Department of
Defense, and a very secretive part at that. The N.S.A. has a black budget,
and is always headed by a high-ranking commissioned officer from one of the
branches of the U.S. military. The headquartes of the N.S.A. is located at
Fort George Gordon Meade in the U.S. state of Maryland. The top secret
technologies available to U.S. intelligence agencies is usually thirty years
or maybe even more ahead of the technology which is available to the U.S.
civilian economy, especially in the field of nanotechnology.
Today, there are computer chips which are thinner than the thickness of a
piece of human hair, and which can be inserted into a person by means of an
injection, capsule, or tooth filling with or without the knowledge of a
doctor or pharmacist. These computer chips circulate through the bloodstream

. These computer chip implants can be made invisible to detection by means
of a CAT [ Computerized Axial Tomography ], MRI [ Magnetic Resonance
Imaging ], and PET [ Positron Emission Tomography ] scans, probably by some
means of electromagnetic degaussing.
With the latest top secret, and rapid technological advancements available
to the U.S. intelligence agencies, the need for computer implants in
conducting synthetic telepathy against targeted persons is probably obsolete
by now. Rather, a statellite network of Tracking and Data Relay Satellites,
along with Global Positioning Satellites, using subliminal, subconscious,
wireless remote control, is used against targeted individuals suffering from
synthetic telepathy harrassment. Synthetic Telepathy is used for conducting
training/and or experimentation against people suffering from various types
and degrees of mental illness, as red herring "good cop/bad cop" or tough
love acting, diversions, feints, decoys, smokescreens, smear campaigns by
association, openly secret intimidation campaigns against dissidents, and as
a means of espionage.
Sometimes the synthetic telepathy spies of lets say Russia can imitate
American spies, or American synthetic telepathy spies can imitate Russian
spies, or maybe even on occasions the Russian and Amewrican synthetic
telepathy spies can work together on projects which are mutually beneficial
for both of their nations in the post-Cold War era. The Russian military and
intelligence agencies, unlike other sectors of the Russian economy, continue
to be well-funded and supplied with the most technologically up-to-date
weaponry, and the Russians, after the U.S.A., still have a large arsenal of
nuclear-weapons.
The U.S. National Security Agency or N.S.A. sometimes cooperates with other
U.S. intelligence agencies, and the N.S.A. is the coordinating agency for
the global satellite spy network called ECHELON, which includes the
English-speaking nations of The U.S.A., Canada, The U.K., Australia, and New
Zealand. The U.S. military has several bases in The U.K., which is an
important, nuclear-armed NATO ally for the U.S.A., and American N.S.A. spies
and technicians also often work alongside their foreign counterparts within

Once it was believed that claims about C.I.A. agents secretly dumping
radioactive material in the slums of U.S. cities during the 1950's as part
of a top secret research program were simply mass conspiracy theories, until
the U.S. federal government in the 1990's publicly admitted that the
allegation was true, although to date none of the agents responsible have
been brought prosecuted, and probably never will be. The Stealth Bomber,
which can evade enemy radar, was first revealed to the American public only
in 1988. No doubt that secret agents have top secret, miniaturized computer
chips which are invisible to brain scan detection implanted surgically or
injected in them in order to scramble or block the ability of enemy spies to
read their silent, private thoughts or mentations, and also to place
erroneous, misleading thoughts in their minds in order to deceive enemy
spies.

Personally, my gut feeling tells me that those spies who work in synthetic
telepathy, subliminal, subconscious brainwashing by means of infrasound,
ultrasound, and electromagnetism, and in psychotronics are probably in
private, i.e. closet , atheists or agnostics, sociopaths with Mahiavellian
intelligence, and who have no sympathy or compassion towards their victims,
although they must certainly have empathy towards them. As for the First
Cause or Cosmological Argument for the existence of God as the uncaused
Cause which created the Big Bang, they probably believe it erupted
spontaneously from Fluctuating Vaccum Energy, because particle accelerator
experiments show that it is possible to create matter from energy. Moreover,
time itself only began with the Big Bang, according to the Grand Unified
Theory [ GUT ] concept of physics, and therefore asking what caused the Big
Bang is a meaningless question from a strictly scientific view point. They
also believe that the vehicles used by the Cherubim angels of Ezekiel
chapters one, three, and nine to ten are really U.F.O. spacecraft, when one
takes into consideration the fact that there are billions of stars or suns
in the universe, with billions of planets revolving around them. The
subatomic particles known as Higgs Bosons, when accelerated to infinite
velocity, would turn out to be Tachyons, i.e. subatomic particles which can
travel faster than the speed of light. The 1993 cancelled SuperConducting
Super Collider particle accelerator project at Waxahachie, Texas, some 20
trillion electron volt strong, would have been able to prove the existence

Personally, I have been greatly intrigued in how with all the resources
available in electronic espionage to the U.S. intelligence agencies, it was
possible for them to be genuinely duped into believing that Saddam Hussein's
Iraq possessed Weapons of Mass Destruction [ W.M.D. ], when the Iraqi
military failed to use those weapons against the U.S.A. in its Shock and Awe
campaign against Iraq from March 19, 2003 - April 9, 2003. I do believe
howeverthat Iran, which shares a very long border with Iraq, is actively and
secretly trying to acquire weapons of mass destruction, especially nuclear
weapons. Both Iran and Syria, which were allied with each other against Iraq
during the Iran-Iraq War of 1980-1988, have Scud or other kinds of
intermediate or medium-range guided missiles capable of firing chemical,
biological, and nuclear warheads. Both Iran and Syria have a large stockpile
of chemical and biological shells, rockets, and missiles which can be fired
out of mobile rocket-launchers, tanks, self-propelled artillery vehicles,
mortars, and rocket-propelled grenades. Both Syria and Iran share large
borders with Iraq, and both are hostile and fearful towards the large U.S.
military presence in Iraq, Turkey, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, The United Arab

So far, the rate of U.S. casualties on a daily basis in the current
U.S.-Iraq War is far less than that which the U.S.A. suffered during The
