Interesting link.. I wonder though, if we can create black holes on demand

This is easy but not obvious. How does a passenger not find a future
self by going forward in time, by going near c? It's because the work
was continuously done on the passenger which never left the universe.
Likewise, the same passenger going back in time would've had work done
only on it, so that it would be the same as it was then. Going into
the future poses less of a problem because the outside can be seen and
recorded, though harder; going back reverses the history and memory of
the passenger, making recording dissipative, and in the end the
passenger will be at odds with the outside world. A normal time
machine that takes its passenger back will only serve amnesia, in other
words.

One needs a time machine that works on the whole sustem, like the
world. Or one should try finding a universe-scale time machine,
including one that skips universes so that one could find alternate
selves to molest.
