Are magnetic fields produced by human artifacts part of Nature?
Medical imaging uses magnetic fields up to several Tesla. There are
laboratories that specialize in producing strong magnetic fields. With
varying degrees of success they can get into the 40-100 Tesla range.
In any case, even without human intervention, there are magnetic field
around neutron stars that reach up to 10^11 Tesla. Here is a (likely
very incomplete) list of ways that magnetic fields of different
strengths are produced:

It's not really the size of the magnetic field but whether the specific
N-N or S-S configuration appears naturally anywhere at field strengths
in excess of (say) 1T. I would have thought such configurations in (say)
minerals would be unstable and demagnetize quite rapidly.
