this quackery is still in vogue. In the frame of travelling sister, home is going away and so the pulse of light she sends will reach after 15 years. This does not happen because, as soon as she turns around and starts return journey, it is home that has done this turning around and it is coming back to meet the sister. Now velocity of light in the frame of the sister is not c-v but c+v. Question is, why should time that pulse takes to reach home twin should depend on the direction of sister’s velocity. According to the calculations of sister, just before turn around, pulse should take 15 years to reach home twin. And just after turning around, the same pulse should take 1.666 years.
