This is obvious breaking the US Law.

I consider that the best way to solve this problem is in the US Court.

That will really get their attention... The U.S. is probably the
least
favorable venue you could choose for your chances at prevailing in
defamation
suit as a plaintiff. Read the Supreme Court decision for Hustler
Magazine
v. Falwell and see just how much you can be insulted without being
legally
defamed. Would you really want to sit on the witness stand and state
under
oath that your professional reputation suffered real damages (assuming
you
could quantify them) from statements posted to Usenet (which is
probably
even less credible than Hustler Magazine as an unbiased conduit of
information)?

patents as you have stated in your diatribe, no one who has enough
authority to reprimand him is going to care. You need a reality check,
although that was already evident for other reasons. I think the 23
patents trumps posting deraugatory remarks about crackpots to Usenet
from the company's point of view.
