i never try to explain things to seto anymore. i just like to find the
word that he is using and for which he doesn't have the foggiest idea
what it means. it's an ever growing list, including zebras. then i poke
fun at him about him rejecting the definitions of words. i also like to
poke fun at him for not knowing simple things that 3rd graders know.
then i remind him that he doesn't know what 3rd graders know, and he's
_keenly_ aware of that.
wilson is different. all wilson is doing is playing games. stupid,
petty, repetitive games. since there is no interest in working through
an argument to resolution -- none whatsoever -- then it suffices to
remind him what a shameless, pathetic, infantile creature he is. and
he's _keenly_ aware of that.
jones is yet different. unlike wilson and seto, he can be embarrassed
when his foolishness is uncovered. he's more like robert winn, and he
desperately wants to prove he's smart and that he's right, by logical
argument. so it's fun to root out the obvious, simple, and stupid
mistake he is making _this time_ so that his frustration mounts.
in all cases, it's rubbing their ego-fueled foolishness in their faces.
i don't talk to androcles at all. he only aspires to be a horsefly.
