Sounds particularly intriguing. Not a very good venue for a well-
researched "whine", but it can be located this way...

I wonder what it would take to "back calculcate" the "arbitrary
fields" of TeVeS into new term(s) in the EFE? After all, "anomalous
boosting" was not predicted by Newton, but are described by GR.
